Our accredited short programme is aimed at learning material developers and designers, facilitators, trainers, assessors and educators working in Outcomes-Based Education (OBE).

It covers the skills needed to design and develop outcomes-based learning material in the Education, Training and Development (ETD) and Skills Development sectors.

Delegates will cover learning design, techniques and processes, carrying out basic skills audits and gap analyses, drafting learning outcomes, developing a learning programme and assessments, and evaluating a training programme.

The Unit Standards can be used towards the National Certificate: Occupationally Directed ETDP, and other qualifications in the fields of ETD and Human Resources Development.
