BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING (BPO) AS AN OCCUPATION

BPO is a subset of outsourcing that involves contracting specific business processes, operations, and responsibilities to a third-party service provider. It involves contracting with an external company to enhance internal management and operations.

Our programmes develop a range of the key skills, necessary to work effectively in Contact and Call centres. Today, specialist functions in many organisations such as account management, sales, hospitality, tourism, emergency services, telecommunications, financial services and credit control, all use Business Process Outsourcing. We offer courses that cover the foundational knowledge and competencies for contact centre and BPO agents to perform optimally in the workplace.
